Evaluation of the properties of ADME-Tox (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity) should be conducted during the exploration, optimization and preclinical development phases. These properties make it possible to characterize, sort compounds and predict their behavior after administration in humans.

We are committed to preserving the confidentiality and intellectual property of the data. The samples provided by the customers remain their exclusive property, they are destroyed after acceptance of the results. Raw data and reports are kept for at least one year.
We offer our partners physicochemical services (solubility, partition coefficient, etc.), in vitro (permeability, plasma protein binding, stability, etc.) and in vivo (pharmacokinetics and safety). In vivo tests are only available in mice and rats.
