Monitoring cell line growth

Introduction / Principle

PCBIS has a device for monitoring confluence (Incucyte S3 – SARTORIUS) which is able to measure cell proliferation kinetics under classical culture conditions (flasks or microplates) with controlled atmosphere.

This assay is relevant to characterize a cellular model by determining the doubling time of cells.
